Just standing at the bus stop

I was waiting for my bus yesterday when a lady with a kid in a stroller came by. I was ready to help her lift the stroller onto the sidewalk, but she wasn't headed that way. Upon a closer, but not too close, look I notice that one side of her face was deformed and she had no right arm. She stopped in front of me, trying to give her kid milk in a bottle and turning him in his stroller with her one good arm and her stub. In all her roughness, she managed to dig out a blanket and cover her child, all the while scolding him about who knows what. She finished adjusting the kid and walked on.
